Realeflow Leadpipes

A lead generating software for real estate investors.

Problem
Leadpipes, one of the primary tools used by Realeflow users, was outdated and had broken features. It also had a steep learning curve which wasn’t helpful to the portion of the user base which was new to real estate investing.

Solution
I collaborated with our trainers (who educated users on how to best use the tool) and gathered insights from user research sessions to understand the gaps in the learning curve and identify the most crucial user flows. I redesigned the entire tool with a focus on educating users along the way and making the primary user flows more efficient and streamlined.

Outcome
Though this launched after my time at the company, it was the first successful project of it’s kind and size with a newly formed product team. I was able to create a new design system with components for our suite of tools, as well as onboard the team to the use of Invision which was one of the best tools at the time for collaborating with PMs, Developers, and Stakeholders.
